Stand Your Ground Ohio

Ohio's war on Black people takes center stage this afternoon as State Senators take up proposals to change the wording of laws governing self defense.

Having already passed laws to suppress the Black vote, the proposed changes on the table today, would bring Ohio in compliance with Florida stand your ground statutes, which basically declare perpetual open season on young black men by some fearful gun toting whites. No, I didn't stutter...talk at me when white guys with guns start killing wiggers (hasn't happened anywhere these laws are in force)

Now, bear in mind, there is nothing wrong with the Ohio law as is. It ain't broke. It's working as it was written to work. Police and the courts are happy as is.

So why fix it?

In the same vein as  the unneeded "fixes" to voting laws,

the “fix” changes Ohio’s self-defense law so that as long as a person is in a place he or she is legally allowed to be, the person has no duty to RETREAT before shooting someone to protect himself or his property ( note: using deadly force to defend property is illegal in Ohio-another law governs...not sure if this “fix” will supercede.)

Those in favor of this “fix” say it benefits the victims of violent crimes who should not be obligated to retreat when and if someone attacks them.

In other words as long as they feel afraid, they can justifiably shoot to kill.

Couple that with the fact that Ohioans already have concealed carry in the streets, in their car, in bars, in arenas, and coming, in schools, you may as well say, welcome to Dodge City.

Ohio, like Florida, becomes an open air shooting gallery for the mentally or fearfully unhinged.

The man who chooses to pull a gun is not just protecting himself..he is putting those around him at risk as well. What about people caught in crossfire. Michael Dunn didn't even care that there were other people around when he opened fire on the car that was driving away from him. In some respects, he's lucky he only killed Jordan Davis.

Said State Representative Alicia Reece; “We cannot, should not and would not accept a law that allows someone to follow someone who has done nothing … and hunt them down, and then hide behind the law..”

Rep. Matt Lynch, R-Chagrin Falls, “We are making smart changes that allow people to properly exercise self-defense.”

But then again, the problem with these laws is their interpretation by the police, by the courts and by the jury, if it gets that far.

All of these fixes is like building a house of cards....add the right card in the wrong place...and it's gonna tumble...

Law of averages...Law of probability...Ohio law based in fear...some innocent person is gonna get hurt or die as a result.

Yep...fear of a Black planet..

Michael Dunn Verdict- Message in the Madness

Ah, the nuances of American Justice.....

How the hell can a jury find Dunn guilty of attempted murder for shooting at the victims who survived, but can't come to agreement on why or how Jordan Davis died.

It all happened in the same hail of bullets from Michael Dunn, disrespected white guy, ticked off because four black kids told him to “piss off” when he demanded they turn down their loud “thug music.”

He pulled out his legally concealed gun and opened fire. The kids answered by trying to drive away out of the rain of bullets because they weren't packing...they were out looking for girls when they found Michael Dunn.

It played out on public property, outside a store and all parties had an equal right to be there, sorta..

Everyone knows that one master of the universe even without a gun is no match for 4 black kids in a car, under our Justice/Just-us system.

Doesn't matter the circumstances, MOTU is gonna win, period. It's his system, his world, his universe, his jesus created solely for Black mothers to pray to when they lose something or want something. Black kids, usually male, are here for target practice.

But I guess maybe we should pause a moment and thank George Zimmerman for the Michael Dunn verdict, because if Zimmerman hadn't walked, and the ongoing outrage been so loud, Dunn would not have been convicted, considering how clueless Florida law and juries are these days.

Even the media bought a clue and instead of labeling the story as the Jordan Davis killing, it was called the “loud music” trial, making it less personal, because if you want to get people riled up, put a name and face on it. Works every time (see Trayvon Martin or Cincinnati race riot of 2000).

It's no wonder Dunn is confused as his attorney stated after the verdict. To his mind he should never have even been charged. After all, what did he do? He is the only “valuable asset” in this argument. All he did was take out the garbage, so to speak.

Shoot at some thugs...kill one of them...what's the big deal? That was his demeanor during the whole trial. No remorse for taking the life of a man-child. Jordan Davis wasn't even legally a man, yet.

No, fake white guy Zimmerman mucked it up for real white guys like Dunn, and is now claiming to be homeless and suffering from PTSD. He's also 2.5 million dollars in debt and wants his old life back.

Maybe Georgie Z can volunteer to be Michael Dunn's cellmate and keep him company for the next several decades. They can commiserate together...swap war stories about their successful “thug hunts.”

Because Dunn is going to jail, probably for about 60-plus years, thanks to the convoluted Florida crime laws.

So I guess that is something, isn't it...

No it isn't, because the unrestricted “license to kill” issued to white men is still in force, and no one is safe as long as that license remains in effect.

On to the next case/hunt/controversy.. Alfred Wright....Different Black man...different state...different white man...same result...

George Zimmerman, Sit Yo Punk Ass Down!

George Zimmerman is willing to step into the boxing ring and take on all comers. According to TMZ, Georgie says he's even willing to fight Black people. Well bless his post racial little heart.

How inclusive of him to be willing to step into the ring with a Black man. His people say it has nothing to do with “the incident.” No, it's not racial at all.

He's doing it for charity and the money to be made from turning himself into a media connected punching dummy.

Did anyone tell him he can't take his gun into the ring? Did anyone tell him that his judicially connected father won't be allowed to cover his ass in a one on one confrontation in front of everybody?

They may let his brother be at ringside in the corner, but he can't cross the ropes to help out either. Bro looks like he does more talking than fighting anyway...More Bundini Brown to Georgie's Ali.

Has anyone explained to him the difference between a fair fight inside a ring instead of a street fight on the front lawn with an unarmed kid?

Now according to the article, which you can read here, Zimmerman says he is comfortable in the ring, because he's boxed before. He likes it like Mikey likes it.

Helps him drop the weight.

The Game has already answered the challenge, says he's willing to beat his ass for Trayvon.

I'll bet there are a lot of others willing to step up too.

Oh, and did I mention it's a pay per view event. We don't know which charity is gonna benefit. We do know that George is gonna get paid, but he won't say how much.
